The central project of this Industrial Forum is the III International Specialized Exhibition “Special Machinery-2012”.
Conducting this project finds special urgency in the stage of fulfillment and implementation of state program on development and improvement of village and rural area. The Program of fitting of a village accomplishment management by the modern special transportations in 2009-2011 years is approved in this aims, within to fit out a village accomplishment managements by 691 units of spec transports. These are watering machines, dustcarts, auto cranes, tractors with trailers and many other special types of machinery. In 2009 11 billion sums were assigned for the realization of these aims. In the current year total amount, assigning for villages accomplishment will be 26 billion sums. In 2010 in Uzbekistan 19.2 billion sums (12.7 mln$) were assigned from the budget for the purchase of 243 units of spec transports. ( www.12.uz ).
The Program’s objectives are provision of the leading growth of production, transport industries and engineering-communication infrastructure in close coordination with realizable programs of prospective development of economic sectors and territories of the country and at this basis, the creation of vacancies and rise in the standard of living of population.
The main priorities of infrastructure development, transport and communication construction are determined for the next five years:
- Integrated and leading development and construction of transport communications.
- Acceleration of the projects’ realization in creating of unified national automobile transportation system, securely joining all regions of the Uzbek national highway with providing its with modern cement concrete and asphalt-coated coverage qualifying to the highest international standards.
- Construction and reconstruction of objects of roadside infrastructure and of a service along the national motor highway and railway tracks.
- Ensuring of timely purchase of more modern road-building equipments for the reconstruction and development of national motor highways, adoption of modern road construction technologies equipment and quality materials in road building.
- Expansion of construction, modernization and reconstruction in regions of the country, especially in rural areas, engineering and communication networks
– water supply systems, sewage, electrification and etc.
In accordance with the decree, equipment, raw materials, goods, components and utilities, technological documentation and gear are not produced in Uzbekistan and imported for investment projects, included in the new program, and are released from customs payments up to 1 January 2016.
